New Rainbow Six Siege Operators Seemingly Leaked

New Rainbow Six Siege Operators Seemingly Leaked

Ubisoft may have just released a few Rainbow Six Siege Operators with the launch of Operation Chimera but dedicated fans may have found clues pointing toward the next two. Longtime players already knew that more operators come out with every seasonal expansion, although Ubisoft hasn’t done a great job of keeping these heroes a secret before their named updates are released.

Thank You, Reddit!

This leak comes courtesy of a Reddit user by the name of Mr_Donald_Duck who has found images and names of two Italian operators in the PC version’s files. Thanks to their crafty detective work, fans have a look at placeholder images that show each character and what names, Alibi and Maestro. Alibi is seen surrounded by translucent silhouettes of herself, while Maestro is equipped with a backpack and shotgun shells strapped to his chest.

Before this reveal another Reddit user, Artex3, shared information from the game’s files that may point toward what players can expect from Maestro and Alibi’s gadgets. These notes included references to holograms, decoys, and bulletproof cameras. The first two seem to point toward Alibi’s ability, suggesting that she will be able to trick defensive players operating the cameras with fake versions of herself. Maestro, on the other hand, looks like he will be able to reinforce cameras for the defending team.

Leaks and Rumors

Keep in mind, while leaks like these may be exciting, they are still only rumors. Players may not see these operators in Year 3 or even ever. Things can change at any moment. However, as we mentioned earlier, it’s not unusual for operators to get leaked before Ubisoft has the chance to announce them.

Rainbow Six Siege received their big Operation Chimera update in the begging of March which came packaged with the popular new Outbreak mode that has players returning to the game in droves. Unfortunately, this event ends on April 3rd but it could indicate when players may see a big new announcement. For all the latest on Rainbow Six Siege keep checking back with GigamaxGames.com!

Spyro The Dragon Remastered Glides To The PlayStation 4

Spyro The Dragon Remastered Glides To The PlayStation 4

This September is a special one for Spyro The Dragon fans. 20 years ago, the original Spyro was released on PlayStation 1. Kotaku reported late yesterday, 2/13/18, that multiple sources insist Activision is currently working on a Spyro The Dragon Trilogy Remaster. The official announcement is expected to come in March of 2018 and will be slated for release in Q3 2018.

Longtime PlayStation fans might be experiencing a bit of déjà vu. The Spyro remaster is expected to be similar to the extremely successful Crash Bandicoot N. Sane Trilogy. New animations, cinematics, improved graphics, assets and a remastered soundtrack will all create the brand new original Spyro The Dragon Trilogy, Ripto’s Rage! (Gateway to Glimmer as it’s known in Europe and Australia), and Year of the Dragon.

New Content for the Purple Dragon

There is also a chance that the trilogy will include previously cut content that never made it in the original games. No word on what this content could possibly be but when looking at the N. Sane Trilogy, Crash received the Stormy Ascent level that could only be reached with a GameShark back on the original version.

Multiple sources report that the remastered Spyro The Dragon Trilogy will be exclusive on PS4 for one year before reaching other platforms. It will also come with PS4 Pro support. This temporary exclusivity is another similarity shared between the upcoming Spyro game and the N. Sane Trilogy. If the success of the N. Sane Trilogy is any indication of the popularity of these classic video game franchises, a Spyro The Dragon remaster has a great chance of succeeding on any platform it reaches.

Old Classics Get New Life

Activision is clearly impressed with the success of the Crash Bandicoot N. Sane Trilogy and wants to continue offering gamers the content they enjoy. Older titles like Shadow of The Colossus, Crash Bandicoot and now Spyro went down in history as revered classics. It’s been incredible to watch developers like Activision breathe new life into the titles. It gives gamers that may have missed the original releases a second chance to go along for these adventures or longtime fans an opportunity to play these games on modern consoles.

These reports have come from Kotaku UK citing unidentified sources and have yet to be confirmed by Activision. Gigamax Games will be keeping a close eye on how this story continues to develop. Check back on this page for any new details that bubble to the surface. Once March comes around and if Activision makes the official announcement, don’t forget to stop by on GigamaxGames.com for the latest report and any additional insight into the upcoming Spyro remaster.

New Crash Bandicoot Rumor and Gamers Heads Spin

New Crash Bandicoot Rumor and Gamers Heads Spin

Activision is rumored to be working on a brand new Crash Bandicoot game. With the incredible success of the Crash Bandicoot N. Sane Trilogy, selling over 2 million copies, it would be a good move for the company and for gamers. The rumor broke after people spotted the ‘Spring 2018 issue of Licensing Source Book Europe’. This game may have been a breakout hit but there is still no confirmed reports by Activision on if they will be delivering a new Crash Bandicoot game in 2019. There is, however, a lot of evidence pointing to it being a reality.

Max Arguile, a manager of the merchandising company GB Eye reportedly shared some information he may not have had permission to disclose. “The new game was a huge success at retail with no marketing spend. Next year it will be going broader (Switch and PC) and there will be another game in 2019,” he said. “Activision has a five-year plan for this and GB Eye is delighted to be fully on board for all products.” http://bit.ly/2E5ZRrM

It would make sense for Activision to ride the Crash wave as long as possible. This PlayStation exclusive took the spot for the top-selling remastered collection in Sony’s recent history. With the rumors causing so much excitement and the previous success of the remastered collection, it looks like Activision would be able to drop a successful new Crash Bandicoot game tomorrow without spending a dime on marketing once again.

The Rumor Mill Keeps On Spinning

The rumors don’t stop at just a 2019 release. Those precarious parentheses in the alleged quote recorded by IGN did hold the names of two important consoles, Switch and PC. With the runaway success of the Switch and the massive popularity of PC gaming, a Crash Bandicoot game would be a wonderful addition to both consoles. Still, this is just a rumor but one that holds a lot of validity since Crash Bandicoot N. Sane Trilogy was such a money maker. Opening up its audience would mean even more access to gamers wallets.

Gigamax Games will be keeping a close eye on the progression of these developments surrounding the brand new Crash Bandicoot game that could possibly be released in 2019. Be sure to check back on this page for any updates or additional news from Activision. The gaming world couldn’t believe the headlines and with good reason, they’re not confirmed. However, let’s keep those fingers crossed because a new Crash Bandicoot game would put a smile on millions of gamers faces around the world.

Gameplay Anyone?

If you haven’t had the chance to see gameplay from the Crash Bandicoot N. Sane Trilogy, this will help. Hope you enjoy!
