Agony caught the attention of gamers a couple years back when the trailer made its rounds on a bunch of social media platforms. This was where Gigs and Mack first heard about this upcoming horror adventure game. It seemed as though it was going to deliver a unique and exciting experience but what the world ended up receiving was far from expectations.
This game was anything but enjoyable. Screen tearing pledged the playthrough and the rough character models and the subpar world quickly eliminated any excitement surrounding Agony. Instead, gameplay turned into pure agony.
Agony Playlist on YouTube – PS4 Gameplay
Just because a game doesn’t have the best graphics doesn’t always mean its a flop. However, everything else that the game would have needed to deliver in order to overshadow its rough aesthetics fell short as well. This playlist shows off the first few minutes of Agony on PlayStation 4 and it quickly becomes clear why the game reviewed so poorly. Even though the game was a flop, the gameplay is absolutely worth investigating. It’s almost surprising that the developers were able to get away with distributing this game to the world.

The Gigamax crew is celebrating October with a bunch of different scary games and Dead by Daylight is on the list. Sneaking around a bunch of unique monsters while your friends try to start generators might sound easy, but that couldn’t be further from the truth. Gigs and Mack test their luck and go head to head with some monsters online to see if they have what it takes to survive. For the most part, they don’t but it’s still funny watching them kick and wiggle to stay far away from that meat hook.
Going in relatively blind, the Gigamax crew are bigger fans of Friday the 13th: The Game, but Dead by Daylight shares a lot of similarities with the other indie game. This gave the crew some confidence in their abilities but it soon becomes clear they are in fact two very different games. The fact that the human players can’t fight back dramatically changes the entire pace of the game. It is amazing how much it can make one person panic.

Resident Evil 7: Biohazard brought this incredible series back to its origins. Delivering a truly terrifying experience filled with intense atmosphere and suspense, Capcom’s new game lived up to the Resident Evil name. 5 and 6 both were fun games but went away from its horror roots and became more of a zombie shooter rather than a survival horror.
Even though Resident Evil 7: Biohazard was a survival horror game at heart, working our way through the campaign it became clear there’s more in store.
Back To Their Roots
A fantastic mix between action, horror and excitement, the new release is a trip. What surprised us most was the direction they took the series and the technology. Available for PlayStation VR, the tech elevated the overall atmosphere and was an exciting addition to the horror game. A few glitches do show up with VR but it really was still great. The classic Resident Evil feel is back and more exciting than ever.
Incredible graphics, the option for Virtual Reality and an authentic Resident Evil experience, this installment was a welcomed surprise. Overall, Resident Evil 7: Biohazard was a (great) horrifying addition to the classic series. Below you can watch our Resident Evil 7: Biohazard playlist!
