Anime and fighting-game fans will find the ultimate experience within Jump Force. Mashing together anime universes and delivering an in-depth anime fighter is exactly what this game achieves. With an interesting backstory, where the real-world and anime universes collide, it brights fourth some interesting map designs and so much more.
Jump Force – YouTube Playlist with Gigamax Games
The first thing gamers will notice is the massive and diverse collection of playable fighters. With an enormous character roster and a long list of maps to play, Jump Force delivers an impressive amount of content right out of the gate. Every match is both flashy and exciting. Seeing so many different anime heroes use familiar moves on each other is nothing short of exhilarating. However, those that aren’t a fan of the classic 3D battle arena might have a hard time accepting Jump Force as a quality fighting game.
With a few drawbacks and plenty of reasons to play, Jump Force is worth checking out. In the very first episode of the Jump Force – YouTube Playlist with Gigamax Games, both Gigs and Mack go head-to-head and show off a bit of the classic couch co-op. This simple game mode is so hard to find in today’s games but its readily available in Jump Force. Between the Gigamax Games crew, there was an obvious winner but it just goes to show that there is quite a bit of skill involved in this unique anime fighting game. Button mashing won’t get anywhere too far.

Night Trap mixes a classic 80’s B-movie with outdated video game technology like the Sega CD. Even with all its flaws, Night Trap gameplay is unforgettable. Players watch as a move unfolds and they’re tasked with traping enemies that are attacking a house. The house has occupants inside that need to be protected. It might all sound strange, and that’s because it is.
Night Trap – Nintendo Switch Playlist
Playing modern video games makes it easy to forget just how far they’ve come in such a short amount of time. Night Trap was not the standard of the late 80’s early 90’s when it came to video games, but it shows how many different ways companies tried getting video games into the hands of the masses. Early on, gamers had to put up with a lot of weird inventions and some, of course, were not a success. This is also not to say it’s a terrible game. Overall, it was actually a great time on the Nintendo Switch. It is just painfully apparent that it’s an old game and there’s a reason modern video games don’t take after Night Trap.
Background and Gameplay
In the Night Trap playlist, Gigs and Mack learn a little more about the background of Night Trap. With a little context about its development, it makes sense how this game came to be. The developers faced some challenges and instead of the Sega CD, the game was originally designed to be played on VHS. This is what gives Night Trap its memorable and unique gameplay style.
Even though the Gigamax Games crew wouldn’t recommend this game if someone is searching for a fulfilling and expansive story, the game did have some redeeming qualities. A gamer looking for something a little different, or anyone interested in the history of video games might find this to be an entertaining experience.

Taking full advantage of the Xbox Game Pass, Gigs and Mack gave Warhammer Vermintide 2 a try. Warhammer Vermintide 2 was a pleasant step in the right direction for the series. With a more in-depth campaign and better gameplay mechanics overall, the sequel is a dramatic improvement over the original.
Warhammer Vermintide 2 – Playlist with Gigamax Games
Anyone looking for a fast-paced, action-packed slaughter simulator, Warhammer Vermintide 2 might be the perfect match. Killing hordes of vermin with the solid selection of unique playable characters keeps the game feeling fresh as gamers progress through the campaign. With a co-op option, multiplayer fans also have a chance to feel at home in this vermin massacre.
Overall, Warhammer Vermintide 2 offers an enjoyable slew of content that helps breathe new life into the series. If any gamer enjoyed the original Warhammer Vermintide, they’ll be pleased to try out the new characters and feel a sense of relief when they experience all the gameplay improvements. If anyone was turned off by the first game’s lack of excitement, it might be worth giving the second game a chance. The developers proved that they were listening to the community and created a much more enjoyable experience the second time around.

Dead Cells recently released on the Nintendo Switch and this indie game shines on the hybrid console. Gameplay, graphics, and playability all come together to elevate the entire experience. Dead Cells is both incredibly addicting and challenging, a perfect blend to keep any Roguelike fan entertained. Playthrough after playthrough, the game offers a sense of accomplishment that many Roguelikes simply can’t match.
Dead Cells Gameplay on YouTube with Gigamax Games
The Nintendo Switch is the ideal console for games like Dead Cells. Quick to pick up and get into the action, Dead Cells is always ready for “one more game”. This is not a game someone will want to play before going to bed. One game can turn into a dozen because of how easy it is to get lost in this side-scrolling adventure.
Endlessly pushing forward through the procedurally generated side-scrolling world is the goal. The game opens up with a headless adventurer searching for answers and a way off of the island they find themselves on. With no choice but to defeat the foes that stand before them, their escape is held up by danger and mystery. The standard Roguelike concept is elevated by a few stand-out mechanics that truly makes Dead Cells rise above other games like it.
Dead Cells is able to give the player a truly satisfying feeling of progression. Many Roguelikes fall into the trap of offering gamers very little in the way of rewards after death. In this game, however, when a player progresses through the game, they are rewarded with permanent unlocks and modifiers. These mechanics truly create an addicting game filled with quality content.

Attack on Titan 2 – Let’s Play Page with Gigamax Games
The world of Attack on Titan is chaotic at best. Filled with beasts, death, and sorrow, there’s no avoiding the incredible action that comes along with the story. Now, gamers have a chance to give their all against the Titans once again in Attack on Titan 2. Available on PlayStation 4, Nintendo Switch, Xbox One, PlayStation Vita, and PC.
Gigs and Mack take a swing at surviving this universe where death seems all too common. Take a look at the gameplay below for a look inside Attack on Titan 2 on the PlayStation 4.
Attack on Titan 2 – YouTube Playlist on Gigamax Games
Overall the game’s combat mechanic is what really makes it shine. An RPG at heart, the story progresses slowly at first but is meant to build the tension the series is known for. Its graphics aren’t anything spectacular and the small hub city in which the game is centered doesn’t really add that much excitement or wonder. Attack on Titan 2 shines when Titans are attacking and gamers swing across the landscape with their maneuver gear, taking down whatever threat is in their path.
Titans come in all shapes and sizes and that is still true in Attack on Titan 2. Their unpredictable movements and almost comical appearance are all in-line when compared to the anime. However, the Titans are much less willing to kill people outright and this gives the gamer a chance to play around with their Titan killing abilities rather than frantically trying to down every Titan as quickly as possible.
The game itself isn’t anything mind-blowing but the combat is truly spectacular. Attack on Titan fans might want to give it a try but if anyone is on the fence, take a look at the gameplay above before making the purchase.

Boss 1 - 16
This game is not your run of the mill fighter, shooter or adventure game. The boss rush style and ambiguous story leave a lot to the imagination. Its originality was one of the things that caught the crew’s eye but the crown jewel of Shadow of The Colossus is the actual Colossi themselves. Each has their own unique look and movements and can vary wildly in size. This keeps things interesting but also delivers a true challenge to first-timers.

Who’s ready to sail the open seas with a party full of pirates? Sea of Thieves is promising all the adventure of a pirates life without the risk of scurvy or a watery grave. The game is releasing in March of 2018 but the Gigamax Games crew was able to get an early start with the closed beta. Having a small preview of the game was exciting and it made the wait for the full release even harder.
Sea of Thieves YouTube Playlist
The gameplay was relatively smooth all the way through which was great to see. Rare had to address some technical issues that interrupted the first few days of the closed beta but extended the beta to compensate. The games’ graphics may be cartoony but they were fantastic. Looking out into the ocean at full sail is a sight to remember.
An Ocean Filled With Danger
Combat was fun and each island held their own surprises. The ocean was filled with danger but it only made the Gigamax crew want to sail into the blue abyss and see what trouble they’d come across. Sea of Thieves has a very interesting progression and questing system which will take some time to figure out but it promises exciting adventures await on the horizon.
No one said being a pirate captain would be easy. Sailing the ship requires a player to hoist the anchor, release the sails, steer the ship and navigate all on their own. Having a crew of friends on board will absolutely make navigating the high seas much easier. Plus, the ships sink on a dime so having a bunch of friends along for the ride could help with fending off shark attacks.
Sea of Thieves is high on the list of games to play for the Gigamax Games crew. Be sure to follow Gigamax on YouTube or check back on this playlist page soon for more videos.

Dissidia Final Fantasy NT is an interesting creation for the Final Fantasy franchise. Characters from every single Final Fantasy game will fight for their lives in spectacular battles, an experience worth trying. It was amazing having a chance to see the characters from the beginning of the series with much more detail their 8-bit sprite forms.
The battles are flashy and exciting but it’ll take some time to uncover all the intricacies Dissidia Final Fantasy NT seems to be hiding. With so many different numbers, stats, and indicators, the game looks like there is plenty of meta and different layers to the combat. However, it doesn’t seem as though this fighter is going to be incredibly competitive. Instead, the developers are working to create a fun fighter for Final Fantasy fans.

Be sure to check back on this page for all past and future Dissidia Final Fantasy NT videos. The developers of the indie classic, Journey, are back at it with the spectacular cinematic indie game, ABZU. Creating an exquisite water world, ABZU lets the player live out their underwater fantasies. Swimming with the sea creatures and exploring lost environments deep beneath the waves, the story becomes clear. However the game isn’t so cut and dry, it's an extremely abstract adventure so imaginations will run wild.
Even though the entire game is relatively short, there is so much to discover. From the different sea creatures to all the incredible rock formations and underwater environments, ABZU is amazing. It’s the perfect game to watch or play when wanting to unwind. Stunning and relaxed are the best words to describe the overall theme of the indie game.
