Attendees of EGX or MCM Comic Con in ExCel London will have an exclusive opportunity to see 45 minutes of live Cyberpunk 2077 gameplay. CD Projekt RED custom-built a cinema at the game’s booth that can hold 200+ viewers at a time.
Those excited to see Cyberpunk 2077 will have to be able to watch presentations and 45-minute gameplay sessions at EGX and MCM Comic Con. Presentations will be happening throughout the day, however, to attend, people must go to the CD Projekt RED booth immediately as the show opens. Wristbands will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Each day at both events, CD Projekt RED will be making the new time slots for presentations and the Cyberpunk 2077 gameplay demo public.
Up until this point, gamers only had a tantalizingly few bits of gameplay to enjoy. Cinematic Trailers like the one above offered the bulk of information available to the public. The developer released some background information about the game and its rich lore peeled back the curtain a little but it just wasn’t enough. Its promise of a complete, living world, enthralling story, and action-packed gameplay is too much to keep secret. Gamers are itching to get any taste of what Cyberpunk 2077 is nearly ready to deliver.
Fans that aren’t lucky enough to attend EGX or MCM Comic Con will need to wait until the games official release on April 16, 2020. It will be available on PC, Xbox One, and PlayStation 4. In a recent announcement, CD Projekt RED stated that a version will launch for Google Stadia sometime in 2020.
