After weeks of trying to stream this ridiculous fighting game, the Gigamax crew gave up and instead put a bunch of gameplay into one video. Anyone that has purchased Gang Beasts knows that the servers aren’t always to most reliable. Random disconnects, long wait times, or the servers not working at all is a common occurrence. Live streaming this simple, silly fighter was next to impossible.
Below is the Gang Beasts playlist on YouTube. Every and any of Gigs and Mack’s Gang Beasts adventures will all be located in there. As the game continues to work through its bugs and fix their unstable servers, be sure to check back for even more Gang Beasts videos. This wacky fighter is nothing but a great time when it actually works.

What’s Gang Beasts All About?
Each map brings a new way to slaughter your ragdoll enemies. From dueling elevators to the speeding trucks, these lovable stumbling sprites find themselves in some extremely dangerous situations. It doesn’t seem to faze them however as they headbutt, punch, and throw their way to victory. The battles can get intense but the laughs never stop. Even with people dying all around you, it just doesn’t matter because if you’re next, it’ll probably just make you laugh.
Thank you all so much for taking the time to stop by. Hope you enjoyed the video and be sure to stick around for more from Gigamax Games! Don’t forget to Like, Comment, and Subscribe to stay up to date. Be sure to let Gigs and Mack what you want to watch them play. Leave a comment and the Gigamax crew will let you know when they’ll make a video of one of your favorite video games!
We're about to step into the new year and as any loyal Diablo 3 fan knows, that means the Darkening of Tristram even is about to go live. Last year marked the 20th anniversary of the popular dungeon crawler and this annual event was created to celebrate the occasion. More than just a small update, the developers recreated one of the original dungeons and dropped it into Diablo 3. This included the pixelated graphics, stiffer animations, and other old-school visual elements. Fans around the world loved Blizzards tribute to the series and it's about to come back.
Taking A Trip Down Memory Lane
"Your journey begins on the trail of a group of mysterious cultists causing trouble in Sanctuary. As you hunt them down in Adventure Mode, you’ll uncover clues leading to a portal into Tristram’s past, and the terrifying darkness that took hold of the town so many years ago," Blizzard said.
"Follow the clues and you’ll soon find yourself in a realm of glorious RetroVision™, where an all-too-familiar cathedral looms. Explore the depths and you’ll discover familiar enemies and iconic items, all brought to life in the Diablo III engine. Meanwhile, deep beneath the catacombs, the Dark Lord himself awaits any intrepid adventurer who dares to challenge him." (http://blizz.ly/2DtuUc4)
Has Anything Changed?
If this all sounds very familiar, that's because it is. In the comments on the blog post, many Diablo 3 players are saying this appears to be the same exact event they held last year. Some fans are excited that they'll have a second chance to earn all the loot they missed the first time around, but most are upset Blizzard hasn't announced anything new. The only clue the developer left to lead longtime fans to believe that they could earn anything new is a quote stating that players can earn "unique transmogrification effects, achievements, portraits, pets, and more."
The Darkening of Tristram begins at midnight PT on January 1 and runs until January 30. For all of those that missed last years event, take a look at the video above as the Gigamax crew explores this magical event.

To celebrate the holiday season, Rockstar just released a substantial GTA 5 winter update. In the latest patch for Grand Theft Auto's insanely popular online experience, San Andreas got something relatively uncommon for California, a blanket of snow. Currently, there are free liveries and on Christmas day fans will be able to receive a free car.
Officially known as GTA V's Festive Surprise Event, the blanket of snow it left behind is for more than just show. Players can put down the guns, pick up snowballs, and chuck them at each other. To throw the snowy winter staple click left on the d-pad on a console, or G on the PC.
Free Rides For All!
The free car Rockstar is handing out is an Albany Hermes Muscle Car which players can claim by logging on Christmas day. The car also comes with 5 free liveries for the thruster. Rockstar is also giving away a free Krampus mask because let's face it, evil Santa doesn't get enough credit. If you're feeling extra festive, holiday-themed clothes are also for sale through in-game shops.
Players can also make their way down to Southern San Andreas Super Autos to purchase another brand new vehicle that was just added to the game. Called the Benefactor Streiter, this SUV is a powerhouse that combines a sleek sporty look with awesome off-road capabilities.
Rockstar previously announced that GTA's current premium stunt race is the H200, the current time trial is Sawmill which runs through Christmas day. On December 26th, Double Loop will become the stunt race and Cypress Flats will be the time trial. Every player that participates in the winter event races will receive triple RP and on top of that, the leading three racers will get a huge in-game money award. The time trial will also grant a bonus RP and GTA$ award for those that beat the set time. Let us know how you're enjoying the GTA 5 winter update in the comments below!
Indie games have a special place in the Gigamax crew’s heart. For independent organizations, developing, producing and publishing a complete video game isn’t easy. These games are usually put together by small teams that pour their heart and soul into their adventures. Every now and then, Gigamax hosts the Indie Game Spotlight, showcasing some of the classics and new arrival to the indie game scene.
This is a little look at the indie games the Gigamax crew has celebrated. Be sure to keep checking back for information on upcoming Indie Spotlights!
Find the Indie Game Spotlight playlist below!
Some of the games that make up this playlist include Rocket League, Oxenfree, Cuphead, Enter the Gungeon, The Darwin Project and so many more. With more indie games being released all the time, you can be sure this playlist will continue to expand!
When and Where?
To get a heads up on when the Gigamax Games crew will be featuring indie games on YouTube, follow them on Twitter and Facebook! Also, don’t forget to catch the streams every Tuesday and Thursday where Gigs and Mack play a wide range of different games and genres. Anyone interested in seeing what games are next on the stream schedule, stop over on the stream page for more information!
Time To Celebrate
Let’s celebrate all the hard work that has gone into these works of art. AAA games are of course usually more graphically appealing with larger worlds utilizing their bigger budgets but at the same time, they feel more sterile.
When big corporations get their hands on the creative process of developing a video game, things start to change and often times suffer. Indie games avoid this kind of corporate input and instead, the teams create their own vision without the need to appease their bosses. This is what allows indie developers to truly push the envelope and develop the games they want to make. This kind of passion is worth celebrating and that’s exactly the goal of the Indie Weeks at Gigamax Games.

PlayerUnknown's Battlegrounds has officially launched on Steam. After shutting down servers to deal with a crashing issue, the game can finally be played. PUBG players that had to wait due to the bug that left them unable to play for many hours will find a reward waiting for them when they log into the game.
Who Doesn't Love Free Stuff?
Over the next few weeks, players will receive a free in-game Winner Winner Chicken Dinner t-shirt, which is dropped into their inventory upon the first log in. The PUBG 1.0 release comes with a variety of new bug fixes that address balance and stability issues. Bluehole stated that previous adjustments had reduced stability issues but the latest round of improvements should help make the game more stable over time.
Bluehole also said it's putting more time into cheat prevention measures. This comes after it already introduced improvements that saw a 66% drop in the number of players using cheats.
PUBG 1.0 also brings a few new mechanics to the main game, including climbing and vaulting, which the game's creator says "will change the game severely." The new release also features an official launch for the desert map called Miramar, which was recently only available to try on PUBG's test servers. Lucky players can find new types of obstacles, weapons, and vehicles on Miramar that will affect how you get that chicken dinner.
PlayerUnknown's Battlegrounds first released to Steam Early Access nine months ago and has taken the industry by storm. The Gigamax crew has been enjoying the game's launch on Xbox One which came out earlier this month. PUBG is available for $30 via the Xbox Game Preview program and managed to gain over 1 million players in its first 48 hours on the console. That version received its first patch earlier this week, which helped fix a multitude of bugs that players were experiencing. If you'd like to see the full list of patch notes for the 1.0 version of the game you can find them on the STEAM blog.
The time is almost here when a new year brings in a host of new adventures to experience. In this list, we take a look at the most anticipated video games of 2018 and when they will be available to play. Unfortunately, not all these dates are set in stone but check back as time goes on for more information as it becomes available.
What games do you think should be added to the list? Let us know in the comments below or on Twitter and Facebook.
God of War (PS4) - “Early 2018”
With a groundbreaking series to live up to, this latest look into God of War seems to be the right step for the developers. Experiencing the world as an older and wiser Kratos, the trailers seemed to show a different side of this epic warrior. The world hasn’t had a new God of War since July 14th, 2015 and even that was just a remaster. Gamers are itching to get another chance to play as this powerful god. With no official release, gamers are keeping a close eye on any announcement surrounding this new release.
Days Gone (PS4) - “Early 2018”
Any fan of the survival horror genre will be excited to hear SIE Bend Studio is expected to release Days Gone this upcoming year. The release trailer showed off in 2017 (find it below) immediately left people asking what happened to this decimated world. The main character, a former biker outlaw seems to embrace the terrible situation he finds himself in, ready to shoot and slaughter anything that gets in his way. The impressive gameplay available as of now ranks Days Gone high on the most anticipated video games of 2018.
Anthem (PS4, Xbox One, PC) - Fall 2018
EA had a rough year in 2017. From a loot box controversy and the fallout that followed, it looks as though they want to make up for their blunder with the release of Anthem in 2018. Dubbed a shared-world action-RPG, the gameplay released is visually stunning. The world looks immense and dangers could lurk around every corner. Flying through the world in what resembles an Iron Man suit, players explore the impressive primeval landscape. The graphics and gameplay look absolutely exquisite but depending on how they handle the game post-launch will most likely determine its succus.
Monster Hunter: World (PS4, Xbox One, PC) - January 26th
The Gigamax crew are all huge fans of the Monster Hunter franchise. From the very first time they picked up the PlayStation controller and slain their first monster, they were hooked. Bringing the Monster Hunter experience back to console and those as powerful as the ones we have today is a reason to celebrate. The Monster Hunter: World Beta left people on the edge of their seats just waiting for a chance to play the full game. This is surely set up to be unlike any Monster Hunter that has come before it.
Sea of Thieves (Xbox One, PC) - March 20th
Recently, Gigamax was invited to the Alpha test for Sea of Thieves. Unfortunately, the NDA blocks any gameplay from being shared but the concept is what got people excited. Who hasn’t at one time wanted to bring their friends on a pirate adventure? Sea of Thieves finally gives gamers this opportunity. Take to the high seas in this open-world adventure, completing quests and collecting booty. The progression system ensures everyone and anyone can experience this adventure together, no matter how long anyone has been playing, too.
We Happy Few (PC, PS4, Xbox One) - April 13th
This game has been in early access for a while now and Compulsion Games was making some impressive progress. It seemed as though any time gamers picked it back up, something was being added or improved. Finally, the time has come and on April 13th, 2018 people will have the chance to experience the full game in all of its glory. The story seemed fascinating and that was surely just the beginning. Be sure to check the gameplay below to see what’s in store in We Happy Few.
Red Dead Redemption 2 (PS4, Xbox One) - Spring 2018
People absolutely lost their minds when the official announcement of Red Dead Redemption 2 came out. One of the most popular games in its day, it’s hard to find someone who didn’t like the first game. Now with Red Dead Redemption 2 expected to drop in Spring of 2018, gamers are anxiously waiting for that official release date. There are very few western games out there and Red Dead did it right. Be sure to check back as more information surfaces surrounding one of the most anticipated video games of 2018.
The Last of Us Part II (PS4) - 2018? (Revised)
The Last of Us was an absolutely mind-blowing adventure all the way through. The thrilling yet heartwarming story of a jaded adventure stuck in a world falling apart at the seams meeting up with an unlikely companion left its mark on the gaming community. People just didn’t want it to end and Naughty Dog ensured that the adventure didn't have to. With more and more reports coming in about The Last of Us Part II is only around halfway completed, it's looking as though it might miss their 2018 release. Be sure to keep checking back for more information as more details become available.

Eidos Montreal Increasing Focus on Online Experiences
Triple A developer Eidos Montreal, most well known for its Deus Ex series, confirmed plans to focus on online elements. In a blog post on the developer's website which was initially reported by the gaming publication IGN, the studio's head David Anfossi said you can expect an "added emphasis" for online play in the developer's games going forward to improve the experience overall.
"At Eidos-Montreal, we’re constantly working towards creating innovative and exciting experiences for gamers everywhere," he explained in his post detailing his plans for the future of the company. "In turn, we are placing an added emphasis on the online experiences in our games, striving to continually provide players with content that is memorable and impactful." (http://bit.ly/2CWdgOY)
Deus Ex: Mankind Divided
Anfossi continued by saying that online play, through its "inherent interactivity," presents the studio an opportunity for the games it develops to exist for a longer period of time in the market. This comes as no surprise as the company had previously detailed its plans to approach a "games-as-a-service" approach, where a developer launches a game and overtime supports the experience with new content generally for free with the ability to purchase microtransactions. Anfossi also said Eidos Montreal is currently forming teams and tools to support these goals.
Eidos Montreal recently revealed they are working on the new Tomb Raider game, but they have not offered any details on the title. The studio is also working on a new Marvel Avengers game in partnership with Crystal Dynamics, but even less is known about that other than a short teaser trailer.
Deus Ex On Hiatus
Unfortunately for fans of the series, it was reported that Square Enix is putting Deus Ex on hiatus after their last entry, Deus Ex: Mankind Divided because of poor sales figures. Square Enix's CEO, Yosuke Matsuda, said that the series isn't going away forever but it is unknown when development will pick it up again.
Eidos Montreal has yet to offer any details on its upcoming projects so little is known about how they plan to approach this new direction. Hopefully, they are able to keep up the strong nature of their single-player campaigns because it is what the studio did so well. Make sure to keep checking back with Gigamax Games for more details on the studio's future as they become available!
With a brand new Monster Hunter coming to PlayStation 4, it was time to update the Monster Hunter Playlist. The Demo for Monster Hunter: World was available for a limited time and the Gigamax crew was lucky enough to give it a try. It was amazing to see what the PlayStation 4 can do for this iconic series. The gameplay was unlike any previous game and it only made the gaming community more excited for the full release.
The playlist below includes gameplay from the Monster Hunter: World demo as well as the walkthrough to open up Monster Hunter XX on the North American Nintendo Switch. Be sure to stick around for more videos!
Jump to 6:30 for the gameplay!
This is where the relatively new insect glaive goes to work on one of the most iconic boss variations from the series. Those familiar with the franchise will instantly recognize the classic dinosaur but might not have had the chance to play with this weapon. Unfortunately, Gigs and Mack have no idea which stance they’re using as all the text is still in Japanese. Well, not all of it, which they found incredibly confusing.
Porting the Japanese Demo to the North American Nintendo Switch isn’t a complicated process at all! The walkthrough is clear and concise and if you have any questions, be sure to leave a comment and Gigs or Mack will get right back to you.
Includes, SPECIAL EPISODE: Unlock Monster Hunter XX for North American Switch! & Gameplay
The Gigamax crew are huge fans of the Monster Hunter franchise and the new PlayStation 4 version has us on the edge of our seats. More Monster Hunter videos are sure to pour in fast once it's released.
