As of now, Google Stadia only has one console exclusive game which is Gylt by Tequila Works, that launched alongside the service. However, that will all change over the course of the next 6 months, with Google planning several exclusives for the system.
“Looking at our upcoming lineup, we are tracking more than 120 games coming to Stadia in 2020,” a press release reads, “and are targeting more than ten games in the first half of this year alone that will be only available on Stadia when they launch.”
“We’re working with our partners to share more on those games soon,” the release continues.
Currently, there has been no statement on what those games will be or look like. Although, it appears as if the developer behind Journey to a Savage Planet, Typhoon Studios, is working on something after being purchased by Stadia. The CEO of Tequila Works, Paul Rubio, has also spoken very highly of developing games for the platform, so its possible other studios have moved to develop for the new console.
