Ninjala, the clearly Splatoon inspired online brawler that Nintendo recently revealed as a Switch exclusive will be available for the general public very soon with a release date slated for May 27th. Those interested will be able to check it out soon enough though in an open beta that was just announced by Gung-Ho Entertainment.
The beta is set to run across three one hour slots, spread across a 17 hour period, and the developer has yet to reveal exactly how much of Ninjala will be available to those participating in the test. The game’s website does not provide much information but below we’ve listed the start and end times for each of the beta periods.
These dates have been released alongside a new developer diary. As mentioned before, Ninjala is being worked on by Gung-Ho Entertainment, the company behind Teppen and Let it Die. After the game is released the developer has also announced that it will receive a season pass, but is otherwise free-to-play.
Ninjala is also releasing their own animated web series to help build up the world around the title. This series can be found over on the game’s YouTube Channel.
